Result of Tender Offer 
 
 
The Company is pleased to announce the result of the Tender Offer, which closed 
at 1.00 pm on 15 December 2009. 
 
 
Valid acceptances were received in respect of 3,528,536 Ordinary Shares, 
representing approximately 1.3 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. 
This represents approximately 8.8 per cent. of the maximum number of Ordinary 
Shares which the Company offered to purchase under the Tender Offer. As the 
number of Ordinary Shares tendered did not exceed the maximum number 
contemplated by the Tender Offer, all acceptances beyond an accepting 
shareholder's basic entitlement will be satisfied in full. 
 
 
The aggregate amount to be paid by the EBT in respect of the purchase of 
Ordinary Shares tendered under the Tender Offer will be GBP43,930. Payment for 
the Ordinary Shares purchased by the EBT pursuant to valid acceptances of the 
Tender Offer will be despatched to the relevant Shareholders on or before 29 
December 2009. On the same date, balance share certificates will also be 
despatched, where relevant.

announcement dated 24 November 2009.
