Pre-Close Trading Update 
 
 
The Board of Business Control Solutions Group plc (BCT.L), the provider of 
consultancy and software control solutions, provides the following update on 
trading for the six month ended 30 June 2009. 
 
 
We are pleased to report that results for the period are in line with the 
Board's expectations. Our Consultancy business has performed creditably in a 
challenging market with utilisation rates improving in the second quarter. In 
our Software business, whilst interest in our products remains strong, sales 
cycles have continued to lengthen. We remain on track to deliver results in line
