I never once mentioned NOMAD.They were given the information from PERSHING NOMINEES that VALBURY had not once but twice purchased stock in the open market.Both were incorrect and caused a substantial rise in the share price Then they changed their mind and said it was WEST who promptly sold the majority of the holding.I have been in contact with the FCA asking if there are grounds to investigate.No apology has been offered by any party involved.In all my years of investing i have never seen a TR-1 released with the NAME of the holder incorrect.You said you need in depth knowledge to fill in a TR-1 properly.What age did to you cease going to school?

It's called trading and West didn't fill in tr1 forms the nomad did so if you have an issue inform the authorities that the nomad doesn't know how to do there job correctly Before a tr1 is released the company nomad and broker all need to ok it Work it out numbskull

Valbury deals with Asian clients wishing to invest in the UK.This was not wasted on social media and the price rose allowing West to dump at a profit.Now West holds 9%.It has to be investigated

Chronology 1:Warrant issued to add authenticity to what was coming2:incorrect tr-1 released stating valbury had bought 18%3: 2 days later 2nd Tr-1 released saying valbury had upped their holding.That's 2 times incorrect.1 time error is ok but twice in 2days?4: Another warrant released to make it all look kosher5:1st correction to West being the holder6:2nd correction to West7: 2x Tr1's saying West had DUMPED 15%If that's not corruption what is?

Sadly this stock has become the most corrupt and manipulated on AIM.FCA must investigate irregularities with nominees lying and submitting false TR-1's.The sooner Ells and Co can move to non brokered finance the better.

Lithium assets will be sold to the Chinese. I would look more towards Copper, Gold and other minerals used in EV's

Agree 100%. Company has made some great investments already and more in the future, also RTO could be on cards. A Lithium related RTO would really make me happy.
