    BULGARIAN PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS PLC
    ("BPD" or "the Company")
    Directors Share Dealing

    The Company was notified today of the following transactions by Directors, which took place on 1 July 2008.

    Ivo Hesmondhalgh, Joint Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 94,951 Ordinary Shares at a price of 52 pence per Ordinary Share.
Also, a trust in which Ivo Hesmondhalgh is deemed to have an interest, purchased 9,423 Ordinary Shares at a price of 52 pence per Ordinary
Share. As a result of these transactions, Mr Hesmondhalgh has in interest of 304,375 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.28 per
cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

    Riitta Williams, wife of the Chairman of the Company, Christian Williams, purchased 75,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 51.5 pence per
Ordinary Share.  Following this purchase Christian Williams and his immediate family have an interest of 125,000 Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 0.12 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.
