BTG PLC:   NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES

BTG plc (LSE: BGC) today received notification, in accordance with Sections 
198-202 of the Companies Act 1985, from Deutsche Bank AG, that Deutsche Bank AG 
and its subsidiary companies no longer have a notifiable interest in the 
Ordinary Shares of BTG plc.
