Posted at 29/5/2012 10:36 by moretimeforlife Looking good to break through £4 soon and start the next wave.....enjoying the ride and excited about BTG realising its full potential over the next 19 months.Dum spiro spero. Good luck to all fellow investors. |
Posted at 20/5/2012 18:32 by waterloo01 Knock knock.... FT onlineMay 20, 2012 4:50 pm AstraZeneca looks to revive experimental drugs AstraZeneca plans to seal several new deals this year to fill its flagging pipeline of experimental medicines, which may be funded jointly with private investors. Martin Mackay, president of research and development at the Anglo-Swedish pharmaceutical group, told the Financial Times he would be "personally disappointed" if he had not concluded new agreements before the end of 2012. He said that could include partnerships with other large drug companies, full acquisition of smaller quoted biotech companies and licensing deals for specific drugs developed by others. |
Posted at 11/5/2012 09:43 by moretimeforlife Was hoping the last wave was going to carry it above 400p to position it for the next boost on 21st May but looks like we may have to wait until 21st to see it transcend 400......no worries as long term potential to deliver significant value is better and more real than it has ever been in the history of BTG.Looking forward to an seeing it rise progressively to £7-£11 over next 19 months. Good luck to all fellow investors. NAI/DYOR etc (Ade, your entry and exit timing was very good again. Well done) |
Posted at 24/4/2012 08:26 by amt There is still potentially much more upside from Varisolve, so investors should hold on to the equityThank you fhmktg |

Posted at 24/4/2012 06:29 by moretimeforlife .......and I still maintain BTG could reach £7-£11 by end of 2013 with high probability of being acquired before FTSE100 entry (although as a long term shareholder I would prefer it to remain independent and grow to much higher valuation with multiple blockbusters generating hundreds of millions of profit)Would be great if AZ results on Thursday include a positive update on Cytofab progress and plans. Good luck to all fellow investors. NAI/DYOR |
Posted at 17/4/2012 21:05 by cumnor I think LT investors are simply building a stake in what is a very solid company with MASSIVE potential if a few things come together. It's not just about it's Varisolve treatment if sucessful in full Phase 3. The beads could be massive and then something like Voraxze while small will be a nice little earner (metothrexate still very widely used) ? $10ml+ a year. J&J just announced $200ml sales in Zytiga in last quarter and this is just really starting-could be massive-so a nice earner for BTG as well, whatever the royalty rate. I think people are just seeing potential and less risk at these prices. In these times cautious investors will dip their toes in here first. imo |
Posted at 10/4/2012 10:51 by moretimeforlife The combination of - progressive profitability and revenue growth expectation - positive newsflow -likely inflow of ISA invesments for the new tax year - recognition by astute investors that the management team seems to have adopted an "under promise and over deliver" approach in recent times could power the rise to higher highs ahead of the results on 21st May and continue the momentum to deliver significant value over next 21 months. Even happier days ahead! Good luck to fellow investors. NAI/DYOR etc |
Posted at 30/3/2012 14:11 by greenpastures2 I expect management is in a position where it can be patient and wait for value to out. BTG does not need to raise cash does it? Also if a bid came I reckon the institutional investors would play hard to win over at this price level. So although it is nice to have a high share price I think it is neither here nor there for investors hanging in for varisolve and cytofab. |
