Boston Mayflower Finance PLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (a registered Housing Association), announces that an amendment to the rules of Lincolnshire Housing Partnership has been registered with the FCA, to put into effect the following governance changes;

   --             Closed membership (where the only Shareholders are Board Members). 
   --             Removal of the AGM requirement. 
   --             Virtual meeting provisions; and 

-- Board Member terms of office amended to reflect the NHF Code of Governance 2020 ("2020 Code").
