RNS Number:2763J Bristol & London PLC 03 March 2005 EMBARGOED FOR RELEASE AT 7.00 A.M. 3rd March 2005 BRISTOL & LONDON PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT Bristol & London PLC, one of the largest credit hire companies in the United Kingdom, is pleased to announce that it has entered into partnership with Carstar Accident Management Ltd. Carstar Accident Management operates, on behalf of DaimlerChrysler Retail, a Mercedes-Benz BodyService for accident repair within the London/M25 orbital motorway ('the Area'). The agreement will mean that Bristol & London will provide all replacement Mercedes-Benz to DaimlerChrysler Retail's customers whose Mercedes-Benz cars are involved in accidents that are not their fault and that are repaired within the Mercedes-Benz BodyService network within the Area. The agreement covers 27 dealerships, which represents the largest volume territory for Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles within the UK. The partnership with Carstar Accident Management is for a period of three years and Bristol & London expects to see the effects of the additional business having an immediate impact on its current year's profitability.
