                      ("Brinkley Mining" or the "Company") 
                            Substantial Shareholding 
 
Brinkley Mining was informed on 29 October 2010 that on 29 October 2010 Eurogold 
Limited ("Eurogold") acquired 750,000 Brinkley Mining ordinary shares of 0.15p 
each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.5p per 
Ordinary Share. Accordingly, Eurogold is interested in aggregate in 151,400,000 
Ordinary Shares representing 42.49 per cent. of the Company's total voting 
rights. Peter Gunzburg, Chairman of the Company, is also Chairman of Eurogold.
