                          Annual General Meeting Result 
 
The Board of Brinkley Mining announces that at the Annual General Meeting held 
earlier today, all the resolutions were passed other than resolution 7, which 
sought approval for the Directors to issue equity securities for cash up to an 
aggregate nominal amount of GBP267,252.19 on a non pre-emptive basis.
