                            Substantial Shareholding 
 
Brinkley Mining was informed on 17 February 2010 that on 17 February 2010 
Eurogold Limited ("Eurogold") acquired 250,000 Brinkley Mining ordinary shares 
of 0.15p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 
0.91p per Ordinary Share. Accordingly, Eurogold is interested in aggregate in 
143,250,000 Ordinary Shares representing 40.2 per cent. of the Company's total 
voting rights. Peter Gunzburg, Chairman of the Company, is also Chairman of 
Eurogold.
