The Company announces that the Company received today the share notification 
below from Atomaer Holdings Pty Limited ("Atomaer"). Atomaer sold on 26 August 
2009 5,400,000 ordinary shares of 0.15p each in the capital of the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.85p per Ordinary Share. Accordingly, Atomaer 
is now interested in 39,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 10.94% of the 
Company's issued share capital. Clayton Dodd, a director of the Company, is also 
an alternate director of Atomaer.
