   Annual Report and Accounts 
 
   Bridge, the Oslo Børs and AIM listed oil and gas exploration and 
production company (OSE: BRIDGE/ AIM: BRDG.L), is pleased to announce 
that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 
December 2012 is now available on the Company's website at 
www.bridge-energy.com and has been posted to shareholders today. 
 
   The Company also confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is to 
be held at 11am CET/10am BST on 22 May 2013 at the Company's office in 
Lensmannslia 4, 1386 Asker, Norway.  A copy of the Notice of AGM, 
together with relevant appendices will be posted to shareholders shortly 
and will also be available on the website thereafter.
