thanks timber.

134 wasn't bad either.:-)

I can see a market cap of £200 million here by end of 2013. IMHO DYOR

Based on fulfillment of upside at PL 457 Norway, Garantiana and commencement of realisation through a production acquisition of the over £100 million UK tax allowances. All IMHO DYOR

tgg,
mention of licences plural in rns today suggests they have to have something quite big to overlap into licences rather than a licence?

24 minutes in into Webcast Lundin CEO says they may defer their Apollo apraisal until next year due to Asha discovery. So my guess is that the Asha well did appraise Apollo! and Lundin now know it extends well north into the PL457?
imho dyor

Cheers bomfin...looking at the Lundin pres, it's pretty clear that Bridge's PL457 is a good address

Absolutely fantastic.

Allthough I'd already pointed to this. No coincidence that this was announced at same time as Lundin results presentation as Lundin are still showing Apollo extending well into Bridge's 20% block. Dare I suggest more to come yet? imho dyor

PL457 Asha discovery resource increase

Bridge, the Oslo Børs and AIM listed oil and gas exploration and production
company (OSE: BRIDGE/ AIM: BRDG.L), as a 20% licence partner in PL457, announces
increased resource estimates for the 16/1 Asha oil discovery in the Norwegian
North Sea (previously announced in December 2012). This follows completion of
well operations on 16/1-16 and the sidetrack well 16/1-16A on 1(st) January
2013 and further analysis carried out since then.

As previously reported, the Asha discovery encountered good quality oil in
excellent reservoirs within the Middle Jurassic Hugin Formation and Triassic
Skagerrak Formation. A preliminary estimate of the size of the Asha discovery
was reported to be between 25 and 35 mmboe recoverable resources within PL457,
which excluded potential additional volumes outside the licence.

Recent updates in mapping by the operator indicate that the Asha discovery is in
direct communication with a large upside volume to the east of the main
structure. These volumes are in addition to the volumes reported previously.

Based on this updated mapping, Bridge now estimates the size of the Asha
discovery to be between approximately 30 and 100 mmboe of recoverable resources
within licence PL457. These estimates exclude potential additional volumes in
neighbouring licences, which are estimated to be of a similar order of
magnitude. The Asha resource numbers are currently being evaluated for Bridge by
an external auditor as part of the annual reserves and resource report, which
will be issued later this month.

Quite a bit of selling on Norwegian bolse today?
I'm holding mine because I believe they added significantly to the value of their business through discoveries in 2nd half of 2012. Also over $200 million tax allowances in UK to come off production revenues. Means they can buy producing assets and get back their investments and more. imho dyor

It appears that Lundin and Bridge's January presentations show Apollo discovery now extending slightly into PL457 (Bridge 20%) imho dyor

Just a note on the chance of success Updip at Garantiana.

Checked the reserves report from September before Garantiana discovery and they were at the same %ages. Updip appears to have had more chance of success but they drilled Garantiana. Interesting to me anyway!:-)

Something else from the presentation are the very high possibility of success %ages for the Updip prospect at Garantiana. e.g. 63% for the Statford there. They must have info from the discovery well to justify this. imho dyor

If they get these further volumes looks like a very nice sized field

Seems they arn't coping too well with all the new production. Hoping all are safe and that it's the tremedous flow from the new fields that's causing the problems

Hello timberwolf. Thanks for the thread. Been looking at this and see fall in price. Was this due to problems with Duart? Looks a good long term prospect. Regards Garfield

NPD eventually updated about the recent discovery east of Draupne.

Very interesting. Sidetrack south which is further into our block and found a bigger oil column. Found oil water contact but my guess is there is prospect to find more oil. Wintershall have a share of Luno so they will be most likely be sharing results with Lundin. I expect interest in our 20% block to be very high.
imho
