I wouldn't expect them to be profitable at this stage, though they may be. The fact is they have a unique set of offerings with which they can become the synonymous offering in the market. The first test for these is can they be consumed? The answer to that question is yes. The next question is how to scale? They are in the early stages of that but the signs are promising. A buyer will now look at the company's product and ask can I provide the impetus to scale more quickly, this will be a function of reach and money. A trade buyer will already have the reach and a PE buyer would provide that by putting money o the table to make it happen. The value paid comes back to how successful the buyer thinks they are going to be. In this case the seller will be saying that the market is huge and the odds of success are high, so a large price will be demanded and likely paid. Have a look at the kind of prices being paid for thee businesses in Series A raises and you will see that at this stage even 100 million is more than possible. door etc

Brandshield is ripe for takeout, either by PE or trade. High price are paid for these organisations as the upside is huge. Its easy to see an EV here north of 70 million and potentially higher, much higher imo. With the loan and the equity its comfortably 2 times current trading on this asset alone. I love this space and think there is tremendous upside from here. Id rather it wasn't taken out quite yet!

Brandshield is the type of business which could sell for 20/40 times revenue, perhaps even more. its a SaaS and Cyber business the two hottest areas in town. Their holding in this alone is worth many times current market cap.

Brandshield doubles revenue and doubles the number of large companies they work with. Wow. Great news and I'd expect revenue to keep multiplying with customers like Microsoft and Visa.

Hard to tell with this stock, it can easily bounce 15-20% in the morning and be back where it started by the close.
