The Board of Bramdean Alternatives Limited (the "Company") welcomes the
announcement today by Petersfield Asset Management Limited ("Petersfield") that
Petersfield has terminated offer discussions with the Company. The Board and its
advisers remain in discussion with the Company's shareholders and a further
announcement will be made in due course.
