Dipped a toe in here this morning.Have watched these for a while and have to say the track record so far looks pretty good....will look even better if they live up to forecasts, which looks likely.

...another 5 new members of staff listed on the company's website - now at 91. Nine more to go to reach their target of 100 by the end of year.

We can look to a couple more offices over the next 12 months too.

France and India are next on the list. After that I think they will be opening in Japan/Korea and possibly Singapore.

They have an impressive track record in opening offices. With the exception of the U.S. all of their start-ups have been profitable within 12 months.

They plan to grow to a £300m business within 10 years. It looks like they can do that all organically whilst returning 1% p.a. in dividends.

I have taken this image clip from the March 2010 Edison Research note. It shows how BrainJuicer is becoming a truly global company, with international revenues now exceeding UK revenues.

The recent opening of offices in Brazil and China is going to add even more to the bottom line and underscores how the world really is the Company's proverbial future oyster: very exciting!

Saucepan - Good timing here with a break out imminent and a significant one. Shame I didn't follow you in yesterday, but the problem is I'm spoilt for choice in this market with so many great growth companies.

But there again I do like to buy on break out.

Good luck........

Well done, longshanks. I took my final fill this morning, too. Another few buys and I think we will be off.

yes.

I typically make regular monthly purchases, but I figured time was running out for me to get my fill - so I topped-up today.

I appear to have cleared the last of the cheap shares in the process.

On the threshold of a breakout to blue sky, it would seem, which might also bring in momentum investors

Just to mention, in case it is of interest, I have set out the investment case for BrainJuicer, as I see it, on the Shares Forum, where I contribute regularly:

Two minds on publicising this too widely...

Nice to get some wider interest - but have I got enough of these yet....

For info - all four of the Edison notes are published on the Brainjuicer website: www.brainjuicer.com.

Go to Investor Relations\Analyst Reports.

Word of caution though: Brainjuicer are a research client of Edison so the information is not necessarily unbiased.

Cheers, longshanks, it does seem a great 'Zulu' stock - which leads me to mention that I had an exchange with Interceptor2 today about BJU on the ZULU thread and s/he highlighted an Edison Research note dated 14 July 2010, that can be downloaded after FREE registration:

There are two BJU reports available. The recent one is called "Spreading it Wings".

I have bought in three tranches today, so probably did my bit to push the price up!

not many here Saucepan. Nice 'n' quiet.

Investment case is pretty compelling. Give this ten years and we could well be looking at a FTSE 250 company.

Hi folks. I joined you long this morning.

The story seems exciting and compelling. With a projected PEG of 0.58 I think there is good value here, too!

BrainJuicer Group PLC
('BrainJuicer' or 'the Company')

BrainJuicer Appoints Orlando Wood as Managing Director of BrainJuicer Labs
BrainJuicer®, a leading market research agency determined to change the way
market research is done, announced today the appointment of Orlando Wood
to Managing Director of BrainJuicer Labs and has appointed him to sit on the
Company's Management Team.

BrainJuicer Labs draws on the latest understanding about human behaviour from
psychology, neuroscience, behavioural economics and the social sciences, to
develop new and more revealing research approaches that are better able to explain and predict human behaviour. Orlando's appointment to the Management team demonstrates BrainJuicer's ongoing commitment to innovation through its
Labs initiatives, and the key role they are expected to play in the Company's growth.

"Orlando has made huge strides for BrainJuicer since first taking full-time
responsibility for Labs," remarked BrainJuicer's Chief Juicer, John Kearon. "His
appointment to Managing Director of BrainJuicer Labs recognises his outstanding
contribution to BrainJuicer and its commitment to building the Labs team so that it can continue to create the innovative products that clients and prospects find so appealing."

Orlando took up a full-time innovation role in 2009, and since joining BrainJuicer in 2005, he has developed and shaped a number of BrainJuicer's
research methodologies. His work on the role of emotion in communication testing
has challenged traditional models of advertising and advertising measurement and
won both ESOMAR Best Methodology and ISBA Advertising Effectiveness awards. Orlando frequently speaks at industry events on BrainJuicer's research innovations and how these fresh approaches can change businesses for the better.

It just gets better and better.

Trading update today showing 48% increase in revenues for the first six months of the year. This implies annualised revenues of ~£17m, profits of ~£2.4m and EPS of 18p - forward P/E of ~9.

Of course, though, it is unlikely that profits will increase in line with revenues. They are building into a sizeable organisation and are investing in infrastructure and admin staff and consequently margins will be affected somewhat.

Still if they can return 35% increase in profits consistently for the next 5 years - that would imply a target price over that time frame of £7. Very juicy.

Orlando Wood has changed title from "Innovation Director" to "Managing Director, Brainjuicer Labs".

I wonder if this has anything to do with the anticipated panel platform about to be launched.

Formal announcement of the China MD and office opening today

I wonder when they will open their French office...

I have been monitoring the company's staff numbers (all employees have a bio on their website) and they seem to be continuing to recruit people at a fair pace of knots. Many of the new recruits are in the US and the smaller European offices but they appear to be building up a fair number of support/administrative posts too. This might have an impact on margins going forward but given the company is winning large international mandates, the growth of the business looks to be measured and well managed.

Great company - great prospects.

Price starting to come off the highs a little which is good as it makes it more attractive to me (and others) to buy more.

Plans look well advanced for the opening of the Shanghai office. They appear to have recruited a strong MD for their China operations: Han Zantingh - previously MD for Tag Worldwide's Asia operations.

The calibre of the staff they recruit is very encouraging.

Office opened in Brasil. This is a significant move for BJU ahead of the planned opening of a position in China later this month. Looks like our new COO is earning his money from the off.

The company seems to have had a charmed existence when it comes to opening new regional offices. They seem to successfully bring them to profitability in a short amount of time with an ease other organisations seem to struggle with. Lets hope their winning formula continues with this new enterprise.

BrainJuicer is rapidly becoming a global brand and a great British company. Share price is not cheap - but neither is it really too expensive. Given how tight these shares are held I think they should be a stable haven in these turbulent markets.

Looks like I am one of the few PI's enjoying this ride.

Fairly vanilla AGM statement with a little "all ok" trading statement...and the market suddenly marked this up.

The phrase - "any excuse" - springs to mind.

Price is not quite yet at an all-time high but the gradual appreciation in the share price over the last few months is certainly encouraging and I think we have a fair way to go in terms of short term price appreciation.

One could argue that BJU is fully valued at this price - but is it? Typical growth for this company is 40% p.a. (they were disappointed with 25% last year!!) and with them now having three international marketing mandates (Phillips, Kraft and (recently awarded) Ocean Spray) plus growth into new markets this year including China we could see 40+% growth for a good 5 to 10 years more.

I can easily see this as a £100m company within three years assuming they don't get snapped up along the way. No reason to sell yet IMO - and it looks like the market agrees with me.

Nice Director buying from our new COO: 83K shares bought at above current market price (£1.56) shows his commitment and confidence I feel.

Also good to see he has been given a reasonable options package rather than one which is excessive.

I was listening to an article on R4 this morning that said that the most successful companies are those that try first and foremost to be the best companies rather than the most profitable. It seems that profits and shareholder value is derived from companies that don't actually set out with short term objectives to make as much money as possible.

Brainjuicer was the company that came to mind of just such a company.

I will be adding more and more of these.
