Ah, see what you mean. Rubbish but promotable to optimistic PIs. Reynolds did the same at ORE, Concepta is a China punt, Premitha turned out to be unoriginal and OPTI was overvalued. I sense a pattern. Perhaps they just play on good old human weakness? Or is there something darker to come out?

Hard not to agree. TW pushed this with the minimum of commitment he could get away with being up AR's backside. Notice how there have been no contract announcements and no follow up articles. This loss making niche company with a CEO owner who previously failed as a public CEO and a crew of substandard software engineers are looking to jobbing salespeople to help them break into the US market. Some chance.

The potential fly in the ointment (apart from it being a tech company) is the options over 8,849,365 Shares to directors and employees. All the options have an exercise price of 17p with an expiry date of the 10th anniversary of the date of grant. The 10 year window seems a rather long big window, but without knowing who and if they have a lock-in periods, the long window may be a blessing with an illiquid stock, because a flood of options hitting the market, these can kill upward momentum quickly.

Well, that RNS removes any doubt about what this rise in share price is all about. 3% in the hands of an institutional trader who can trigger the dump any time it likes, 3% with Levinson who can do the same. The Teathers App posse will have to very careful with timing their trigger.

Fronby, moron and fellow desperate gimp apparently, all that there is at the moment is a pump. The dump has yet to come. The trick will be to anticipate or participate in the decision to dump. Environics, experts in this field, have made their decision already.
