Enrolment Update
The Board has now completed a review of intakes at the end of two of the
important enrolment months for the Group's main professional service
qualification training businesses. The level of enrolments for the Law Division
has been pleasing but the intake levels for some of the qualifications of the
Accountancy & tax and Financial Services Divisions have been marginally below
expectations. Accordingly, the Board anticipates that the Group profit for the
year ended 31 December 2003 will be at a similar level to last year (#16m).
