said wait a few weeks and at least 1 if not all of the above will become a reality.

I did actually say I haven't done any proper research if you could enlighten me to what I'm missing other than the facts I just stated about the situation this shell finds itself in?Bit of a defensive reply... just trying to find out if this is just mindless optimism or if there's anything of any substance building. What research? If this shell doesn't find an RTO target pronto it will cease to exist, it also underestimated costs of shutting down photon so desperately needs cash (see today's RNS). I've only had a brief scan because it's been on top risers recently so I may be missing something but it looks like a complete gamble as things stand & something to completely avoid until some certainty comes from the ashes.

No denying if decent management come in & complete an RTO with a half decent co you'll all make some nice cash....High risk high rewardNot sure why anyone would care much about dilution when the risks of losing every penny from delisting is very real risk if management are not authorised by shareholders to carry out the necessary plans.
