STATEMENT RE SUSPENSION OF BOLTON GROUP (INTERNATIONAL) LTD

The Financial Services Authority ("FSA") wishes to update the market as to the 
continuation of the suspension of the securities of Bolton Group (International) 
Ltd ("the Company") from the Official List, which became effective from 
2/01/2008 7:30am at the request of the Company following its failure to publish 
its Half Yearly Report for the period to 31 October 2007. This Report has since 
been published by the Company. 
 
The Company has not published various subsequent periodic financial reports; 
Annual Reports and Accounts for periods ending 30 April 2008 and 30 April 2009 
and the Half Yearly Report for period ended 31 October 2008. The securities of 
the Company remain suspended.
