BNS Telecom Group PLC ("the Company")
Directors' Shareholding
BNS Telecom Group plc received notification today that Barry Moat, Chairman and
Non-executive Director of the Company, on 12 May 2009 purchased 25,000 ordinary
shares of 10 p each, at a price of 4.5 pence per share. Following the above
transaction, Barry Moat and parties connected to him now hold 1,249,550 ordinary
shares representing 2.49 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company also received notification today that Andrew Goldwater, Finance
Director of the Company, on 12 May 2009 purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 p
each, at a price of 4.5 pence per share. Following the above transaction,
Andrew Goldwater and parties connected to him now hold 225,000 ordinary shares
representing 0.45 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
