                            RESULT OF GENERAL MEETING 
 
In accordance with the provisions of D.2.2 of the Combine Code on Corporate 
Governance, the Company advises that for the General Meeting held in accordance 
with Section 199 of the Company's (Guernsey) Law, 2008 as amended (the "Law") on 
3 March 2009, valid proxy appointments were made in the respect of the two 
voting shares and voting was as follows; 
 
IT WAS RESOLVED to re-elect Mr Youri Siegel as a director of the Company. [Two 
votes cast, both in favour]. 
 
IT WAS RESOLVED to re-elect Mr Peter Atkinson as a director of the Company. [Two 
votes cast, both in favour]. 
 
IT WAS RESOLVED to re-appoint PriceWaterhouse Coopers CI LLP as Auditors to the 
Company, to hold office and from the conclusion of this meeting until the 
conclusion of the next General Meeting to be held in 2010 under the Law and to 
authorise the directors to determine their remuneration. [Two votes cast, both 
in favour]. 
 
IT WAS RESOLVED to receive the Annual Financial Report of the Company for the 
year ended 31 October 2009. [Two votes cast, both in favour].
