NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Issuer has fully redeemed all of the Notes on 9 June 2017 (the Optional Redemption Date), pursuant to Note Condition 6.3. Accordingly, the Issuer has requested:

(a) the Financial Conduct Authority in its capacity as United Kingdom Listing Authority to cancel the listing of the Notes on the Official List with effect from 10 June 2017; and

(b) the the London Stock Exchange plc to cancel the admission of the Notes to trading on the London Stock Exchange with effect from 10 June 2017.
