14/6/2010 16:32 | I would have said that the pretax profit should be well above the Barclays 2011 figure for this year. Whether this years results are factored in to the existing share price is much more difficult to determine since there are a number of Chinese AIM shares with low to mid PE ratios. A lot may depend on the accompanying commentary and outlook statement as to whether the price moves up when the results are actually published. I think that there is a reasonable chance that it will but obviously we'll have to wait and see. | masurenguy
14/6/2010 16:09 | We already have a good idea of the expected results and cash position, so presumably this is already factored into the share price I am hopeful however on some further updates on the surveillance partnerships and further contract wins. Barclays Stockbrokers are only showing a profit of £2.1m for 2011, which I believe is on the low side as the results for this year should be above that. I am tempted to add to my holding before the results as I expect to see a decent increase in the share price once the results are out. | bill182
14/6/2010 07:55 | Results next week ! RNS Number : 4679N BlueStar SecuTech, Inc. 14 June 2010 BlueStar SecuTech Inc. (AIM:BSST), a leading provider of digital video surveillance solutions in China, announces that it will be releasing its final results for the year ended 31 March 2010 on Wednesday, 23 June 2010. ____________________ NB: According to our moronic serial deramper, the actual title of this thread in itself constitutes a "ramp" of this share. longsight - 5 May'10 - 790: Mas - look at the title to this BB: "Bluestar SecuTech - Leading Chinese CCTV Player" That is a ramp. RNS Number: 4679N BlueStar SecuTech Inc. 14 June 2010 BlueStar SecuTech Inc.(BSST), a leading provider of digital video surveillance solutions in China LOL - so presumably this means that Bluestar is guilty of ramping itself ! | masurenguy
10/6/2010 07:40 | Results are due anytime now (during June) so it is worth repeating the following extract from the year end trading update that was issued on May 5th. Trading for the second half of the year has been solid and approximately 50% ahead of the same period last year......with approximately 65% of annual revenue being recorded in this period (Q4). As a result, both turnover and operating profit for the year to 31 March 2010 are expected to be broadly in line with market expectations. The Group remains focussed on its core strategy of growing its market share within China's financial sector, for which its order book remains strong and it believes it is well positioned to benefit as the Chinese economy continues to grow. | masurenguy
01/6/2010 23:02 | yep she will pop by end of june, def ascending triangle pattern and theres a lot of talk on the chinese markets again....shift of the super powers.... | theuniversal
31/5/2010 13:21 | Thanks - they will probably wait for the results to be published (due by the end of June) before they issue their initial rating. | masurenguy
26/5/2010 09:19 | Masurenguy, I was referring to the buy price on L2. I am sure they will be issuing a broker's note, but I have not seen it as yet. | bill182
26/5/2010 08:46 | Do you have a link to the Westhouse note ? | masurenguy
26/5/2010 08:15 | The change of advisor may explain the slippage in the share price even though there have been positive developments in the company. I see Westhouse have raised the buy price this morning.. | bill182
26/5/2010 07:13 | BlueStar SecuTech Inc. 26 May 2010 BlueStar SecuTech Inc. ("BlueStar" or the "Company"), a leading provider of digital video surveillance solutions in China, is pleased to announce the appointment of Westhouse Securities Limited as its Nominated Adviser and Broker to the company with immediate effect. Westhouse replaces Seymour Pierce prior to results due in around 4 weeks time. | masurenguy
18/5/2010 15:27 | KeAn, strategic acquisition - | boadicea
15/5/2010 12:26 | Uptrend remains intact but we need to see a close above 28p to establish a base for the next move up. Might see this achieved during the next few weeks in the run up to the year end results. | masurenguy
05/5/2010 23:33 | Mas - how is that a sizeable buy, if it was a buy? That's only £38,7000. It underlines how tiny BSST is for the "leading Chinese CCTV player". But I guess you were joking? | longsight
05/5/2010 19:24 | Looks like a sizeable late reported Buy of 150,000 went through @25.79p today. BlueStar SecuTech on target after strong Q4 Business Financial Newswire - Digital video surveillance solutions provider BlueStar SecuTech expects turnover and operating profits to be in line with forecasts after a strong fourth quarter. It said trading for the second half has been solid and approximately 50% ahead of the same period last year. Historically, the group's revenue has been weighted towards the second half of the calendar year, with a substantial proportion arising in the fourth calendar quarter. It adds: "This year proved to be no exception with approximately 65% of annual revenue being recorded in this period. "As a result, both turnover and operating profit for the year to 31 March are expected to be broadly in line with market expectations." The company expects to announce results for the year to the end of March in late June. | masurenguy
05/5/2010 12:38 | Steg - you chose a brilliant stock there - well done. | longsight
05/5/2010 12:35 | For info longsight, the last time you said i was 'ramping' was for CMSH at 150p. It hit 600p last week. | stegrego
05/5/2010 12:32 | Mas - great to see the old double act again: Mas & Steg - also known as "Is there an echo in here?" | longsight
05/5/2010 12:28 | Longsight - stop winding everybody up all over the place. You act like a small child. (dont bother replying as im going to filter you) | stegrego
05/5/2010 12:21 | You are obvious mental. The term 'leading Chinese CCTV player' is purely descriptive and relates to their technology not their their market penetration and there is nothing in the qualifying header notes to mislead anybody either in this context. Only a complete cretin could misinterpret that but then I never anticipated that you would post on this thread I'm well into profit here and so your stupid little jibes are just irrelevant. You should focus your attention on continuing to ramp RCG (as illustrated in #789 above) who are nearly 30% below their January high this year which must be very disappointing for those who bought in or added at that time. Meanwhile BSST is on their current high for the year and is around 35% above their January lows, which is very pleasing for those who bought in or added at that time. You are just a moron which is perfectly clear to everyone else here so I'm not going to bother to respond to any more of your pathetic attempts to wind up people. One wouldn't take any notice of the rantings of a village idiot so why would they take any notice of an equivalent cyberspace idiot like you. | masurenguy
05/5/2010 11:56 | Mas - look at the title to this BB: "Bluestar SecuTech - Leading Chinese CCTV Player" That is a ramp. If they are the leading Chinese CCTV Player then we must conclude that the CCTV market in PRC must be minute on the basis of the tiny turnover of BSST. Perhaps more reasonable to assume that the PRC CCTV market is a decent size & that your title to this BB is an ignorant & ludicrous ramp - which has totally failed to impress anyone judging by the share price So Mas, actually very easy to establish that you are a ramper & a pretty lousy one at that. | longsight
05/5/2010 11:16 | Mas - why do you come on here attempting to misrepresent yourself as intelligent when it is obvious you are stupid? You have always tried to ramp this share for all its worth but the share price won't go up. You clearly believe that being rude to me will encourage others to buy the share. I've noticed you do the same routine on GNG without any obvious impact. Lots of exclamation marks, itallics & bold type. Maybe you shd simply try shouting louder ... | longsight
05/5/2010 11:04 | Why do you persist in coming onto this thread to make asinine comments just to try and wind people up. That is moronic behavior which is utterly stupid ! | masurenguy
05/5/2010 11:01 | Masurenguy - I do not ramp RCG. I suggest you check out my last post on the RCG BB where I state what I see as the challenges facing RCG - hardly a ramp. Why do you insist on misrepresenting me? Are you stupid? | longsight |
