Blueheath announces that Mark Naughton-Rumbo has been appointed as a non
executive director with immediate effect.

Mark is currently the Managing Director of The Bus Consultancy Ltd. Prior to
this Mark was Chief Executive of Whittard of Chelsea Plc. He also worked for
Designers Guild Ltd.
