17/1/2015 00:27 | football/bbonsall/ja you are all correct=Blinkx bought the company=there is an option on the way the final payment is made later=which is normal with a lot of takeovers= they wait a year to see how the company performs and the final payment is made on the year results. -- There seems to be games played by a few even announcing non events to lower the share price short term, i do not care if it is a shorter trying to lower the share price, or a buyer wanting to buy in at a lower price, like all companies there will always be those who try to ramp up the share price to make more profits, or shorters to make more money but from what I can see in Blinkx, it is just a waiting game, waiting for the management to make an announcement, I think the long time share holders want something positive to be announced from the board of directors that have never been good at public relations. | storminnorman11

16/1/2015 22:51 | "The deal further underscores our vision.......". Sounds like a done deal to me. Words taken from the RNS. | jarvis4
16/1/2015 22:07 | Why are you expecting a new RNS about the purchase announced in December? It was unambiguous and definite. The purchase was confirmed in the initial announcement. I can't paste a link but just do a search for it. It was a done deal, no need for another announcement. | bbonsall

16/1/2015 19:49 | We're talking about the company that couldn't be bothered to promote it's hook-up with AOL. That leaked out, without a company RNS, and the share price rose around 20%- no thanks to the shy retiring wallflower, department of secrecy that is Blinkx, though. | precinct14

16/1/2015 17:58 | I am wondering if Twiga has a good point, one month ago they said that they had 'entered into an agreement; to acquire Adkarma with that language which has been used in several acquisitions we would usually get an RNS a couple of weeks later saying that the acquisition has been completed as from a certain date but we have not had that RNS hope it is going through ok but it seems not 100% clear | gowlane
