Perhaps they decided to write everything down as much as they could get away with. If you are going to have a massive write down you might as well do it big time to reduce amortisation going forward and get everything out of the way.

Toscafund has slipped slightly below 29%
Griffiths has increased by nearly 2m shares from the 28m holdings notice (now at 29.7m, 7.3%)
I would guess the other 3 listed (HL, TD, Barclays) are all nominee accounts for private investors' holdings.
I note that Mike Lynch is not listed, but then he wasn't last year either, so do blinkx take 5% as the cutoff for "substantial"?

Did you also not realise that Tosca reduced theirs slightly..


from 116,973,205 29% (see holding rns 01/12/15)
to 116,407,105 28.78% (see AR - thanks to 1gw for noticing it and pointing it out)

or
reduced by 566,100 shares..

A suggestion to all our virtual " investors".

Why don't we all agree to meet before the AGM at the Pret A Manger next to the meeting venue and arrive at the meeting en masse - surely this could make some form of an impact rather than the individual questions that are made to the BOD.
It would be very interesting to see our "knowledgeable" Jon and others at the AGM.

Rather than posting rubbish on the BB let us see the critics of Blinkx actually vocalise their concerns to the Board.

I am already aware of who Jarvis, football and of course our leader, the magnificent digi are...

Interesting to see your responses.

Note: not too optimistic, but hopeful.
