05/7/2016 11:26 | ryan83 Do not have the figures in front of me but from memory £280k EBITDA last year roughly. This year the launch and roll out of IGS Xplore may eat up some of the profits but I would suspect you could attach a £2-3m valuation at least to IGS and that does not cover any hope for the new product. If you value it in the 'tech world' who knows £10m? That's the question but the noises and already proven capability of IGS bodes well compared to investments made by others into untried and tested vehicles. | keya5000
05/7/2016 11:15 | the question is what is IGS worth. ANY idea? | ryan83

05/7/2016 10:22 | Blenheim Natural Resources is an AIM listed investment company that invests in the natural resource sector. Their current main interest is an investment of 27% in the Geo-science company IGS International Geoscience Services. IGS Ltd is a rapidly expanding company providing geoscientific and geodata services to the global mineral exploration sector. We are highly experienced and knowledgeable, understanding the vital strategic and investment linkage between geodata and mineral exploration. IGS Ltd, previously trading as BGS International, is a “spin out” from the British Geological Survey built on extensive overseas experience of the BGS. Our work includes large, complex and strategic-level studies with national governments, development agencies and the World Bank, as well as competitively priced, quality services to the mineral exploration sector. IGS main new development is IGS Xplore and this is the product that I believe will provide the company the majority of its future earning growth. Future Plans We aim to become the leading global company providing cost effective geodata services to support the international mineral exploration sector. IGS Ltd is open to forming strategic partnerships with other organisations to enhance and deliver a broader range of geoscientific services at competitive prices. Our immediate plans are: To diversify our business model into geodata management and distribution, training and capacity building in emerging countries; To further enhance our reputation to implement large, geoscience mapping programmes at highly competitive prices. | keya5000
05/7/2016 10:04 | Needs a new thread - To be honest to simply reflect BNR and its investment. | tomboyb
05/7/2016 09:57 | Pegasus that's all good and well but what on earth does that have to do with BNR? The focus here I suspect will be on IGS, all this meaningless tripe on the 'wider picture' which may or likely not exist for BNR is in my opinion counter productive. Concentrate on the core asset and potential of such rather than the other. | keya5000
05/7/2016 09:30 | Not sure why a few sellers are selling at what looks like the bottom of the cycle today.MM's happily taking their stock. Mkt Value is cash level and stake in IGS for free. Just needs some patience. | nick rubens
