bLEND Funding plc (Blend) is pleased to announce the addition of a new borrower to the pool of Housing Association borrowers. Details of all borrowers are set out on the Blend website https://blendfundingplc.com/ .

The new borrower is Accord Housing Association Limited which merged with GreenSquare Group Limited on 1 April 2021.

Blend has mandated Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets and NatWest Markets as Joint Active Bookrunners to market a potential new longer dated series under the EMTN Programme, the initial placement of which is expected to be GBP75m, subject to market conditions.

The bonds are expected to be rated A2 by Moody's and the issuance will be in line with Blend's Social Bond Framework, which is aligned to the ICMA Social Bond Principles, and can be found at https://blendfundingplc.com/investor-relations/esg/ .
