STIC/SEMBCORP INDUSTRIES LTD

From June 1996.  Key responsibilities in STIC included Group Reporting, Group
Financial Planning, Group M&A activities (significant number of transactions eg.
sale of STE&E, sale ST Capital, acquisition of equity interests in SFI and ST
Log), Group Fund raising (eg. proposed Convertible Bond Issue), Group Treasury
Management, Group Tax Matters.

A major activity was the smooth merger with Sembawang Corporation Ltd in 1998. 
Represented and led STIC Group Finance in all stages of the merger from planning
to execution to successful post-merger orientation.  Was appointed Group Finance
Director of the merged Group from date of birth in October 1998.

Since October 1998, led Group M&A activities  (eg. Acquisition of ST Log by SML,
Privatisation of SRL and delisting and Redemption of Bonds issued by SRL.  Bid
for Tuas Power and Project Financing requirements, PacNet Divestment and many
Financial due diligence on Acquisition targets), and Corporate Governance
activities, and fund raising & other Corporate Finance activities (eg. proposed
Rights issue which won endorsement of Parent and ultimate Parent, ie. STPL and
Temasek respectively.  Listing of Kimtrans, SFI, JSL Stock Split and Bonus issue
respectively).

Board member of Singapore Computers since 1996, and various other subsidiaries
and Associate companies of SembCorp Industries including ST Log.  Position in
STIC-SembCorp was upgraded as follows:

1996: Director Group Finance
1997: SVP, Director Group Finance
1998: EVP, Director Group Finance (upgraded to EVP, following the merger, and a
review and interview conducted by Hay Management).

CEREBOS PACIFIC LIMITED

Joined as Group Treasurer in June 1990, and stayed to June 1996.  Last held
position was General Manager, Group Finance.  Key responsibilities included
Group Capex management including M&A and divestment, Group Treasury Management,
