Completion of the December 2012 Share Conversion between Share Classes

The conversion requests received in respect of the December 2012 Share Conversion Date for UK Emerging Companies Shares to be converted into Cash Fund Shares are set out below:

Conversion notices submitted and processed: 2,675,000

Shares to be converted from: UK Emerging Companies Shares

Total shares to be converted: 2,675,000

Total Cash Fund Shares to be issued: 3,435,588

Conversion Ratio

The Conversion Calculation Date was 31 December 2012. On the basis of the net asset values of the Company's Shares as at 31 December 2012 after factoring in the costs of conversion, the conversion ratio, calculated in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, is as follows:

1.284332 Cash Fund Shares for 1 UK Emerging Companies Share.

Subject to listing, shareholder CREST accounts for those shareholders for whom conversion requests have been received will be credited with new shares on 11 January 2013.

The Company has made an application to admit 3,435,588 Cash Fund Shares to the official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 11 January 2013.
