Pursuant to German company law, BKN has today released an announcement to the Deutsche B? regarding the changes in the holdings of
Societe Generale S.A ("Societe Generale"). The announcement supersedes that originally made by the Company to the Deutsche B? on 18
December 2008.

?ie Newedge Group gem?§ 22 Abs.1, Satz 1, Nr.1 WpHG zuzurechnen
Correction of a publication pursuant section 26 para 1 WpHG
On December 22, 2008, Societe Generale S.A., Paris, Frankreich has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights in BKN International AG, K? Deutschland , ISIN: DE0005290704, WKN: 529070, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the
Voting Rights on July 3rd, 2008 and now amount to 7.04% (this corresponds to 1364713 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 7.04% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1364713 Voting Rights) is
to be attributed through the Newedge Group.
