BKN New Media Ltd ("BKN" or the "Company") 
BKN to Cancel Admission to Trading on AIM 
 
 
 
 
The Company's Management and Supervisory Boards (the "Board") are of the opinion 
that the cost of maintaining the AIM admission outweigh the benefits provided by 
that quotation. The Company will continue to be listed on the Deutsche Böurse 
and the Company's securities will continue to be traded on this exchange. 
 
 
The Board has undertaken a detailed assessment of trading in the Company's 
securities and has noted that the BKN stock has substantially more daily volume 
on the Deutsche Böurse. The Board is of the opinion that the AIM quotation does 
not improve liquidity in the Company's shares. 
 
 
The cancellation date for the admission of the Company's securities to trading 
on AIM is Tuesday, 7 July 2009.
