We write further to the Announcement dated 4 April 2000 concerning the
appointment of Dr C H B Honeyborne as a non-executive director of the company.

We now deal with those matters that require disclosure for Dr Honeyborne in
compliance with paragraph 6.F.2 items (a) to (g) of the Listing Rules.

Paragraphs 6.F.2(b) to (g) inclusive

Dr Honeyborne was a director of Lynne Associates Limited on 28 January 1992 when
that Company was placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation.  Dr. Honeyborne
was a director of William Comyns and Sons Limited and Comyns of London Limited
until 23 December 1992, when he resigned as a director.  On 26 January 1993,
those companies were placed into creditors' voluntary liquidation.

Other than in respect of the aforementioned there are no other matters that
require disclosure.
