I would of thought if no bids at all then surely we would of heard by now? I have a feeling they are in prolonged talks

FQR714BHP if it taking this long then I would view it as a good thing. It's quite obvious you are a disgruntled investor of ATD. Buying in here at 20p.I would be angry as well seeing my capitial drain away.

Yes ATD have had bad times, but are in the process of turning things around. Part of the bad times was bio seek couldn't keep up with demand!

News must be imminent and it could concern bids although earlier statements made it clear that the Company were not bound to accept any. Equally, we might get more news on Bioseek progress that could help reassure creditors to defer claims if the outlook has improved sufficiently.

Told you all, that there would be no BID here, to much debt and nothing new to offer.

last RNS said that they had till middle of february.

There a secondary TP for the EA around 12462, which may mean its playing a 4th on smaller timescale right now. A bounce off of 12388 would confirm. Either way, it doesn't change the above and may indeed conincide with a 123 (small 1&2) on the Audi...

I know you both follow the Audi. I thought i would share a couple of thoughts. That's all they are; 'thoughts', they might fit into your own thinking or views...

I wrote a couple of weeks back in reply to restarts question ref the Audi, that i felt a corrective wave, when it comes could be 2/300 points, (wave 4); it was due, if we take the wave 1&2 as gospel (as per the chart).

The complex wave pattern of the last couple of weeks fitted the bill perfectly. Don't forget; if wave 2 is sharp, wave 4 should be flat.
Add this together with a simple ABC on the EurAud and it fits. I needed a spike higher overnight on the EA to reach my TP of 12450 and i was also looking for a LL in the low 10600's for the Audi. Well, we got it!
TP hit by a pip on the EA and the LL i feel completes the move on the Audi.

It could pan out differently, but i now expect the Audi to start to play catch up. Regardless of whether it will be an extended wave 5, it should at least match the distance of wave 1, this means 700 odd points to gain in the coming few weeks. As for the EA; lets see. Its been in one hell of a downturn for a long time, if this was purely a simple corrective move, (again fits the bill perfectly), we will soon be on the slide again. I will watch for the initial drop to be mostly retraced (fresh wave 1&2) before looking for a set-up short.

EurAud given a weak long trigger overnight. Not desirable at all, (Asian time) and needs a powerful SUB to be sure. Could it be building a bigger set-up?

Nearly got to one area req'd... A reversal at approx 10756 would be ideal... and back down to 10680/10700ish for tomorrow morning would be perfect... granted the market doesn't do perfect though!

joe, i actually started writing you a longer reply in 1050, but i had to chuckle, cos when it was stripped down it basically read; 'i'm expecting it to go up, but if it doesn't it will probably go down' ;)

Kind of like most people tend to write on the bb but in varying degree's of stealth, especially the female one!

Conflicting signal, means out of all trades until further evidence. My suspicion is now low 12700's before 13k gets printed, but will change that view if we can drop to around 12870 and then print a fresh high, that will pave the way to 13123.

It was the former as suspected. The evidence grew throughout yesterday morning. Never trust an Asian rise. Shame i didn't get a 123 to trade the drop from the top. I've somehow missed the drop that i figured out was coming!

Now we are here without any visible pullback yet, this correction could get quite nasty indeed.

Through boredom waiting for my usual set-ups, i'm turning to the 1min charts. Good luck.
