Poor loser Kemche.

Just like NTA 73 bagger, or PVG 9.5 bagger he will now watch this share go through the roof.


He can't pick winners but he is extremely good at point out the odd stock that has to date,not performed.

What he is too thick to grasp is that each ten bagger allows for the few that take a bit longer to come good.

They also reduce the tax payable.

This is simply the "after market" support for the price - it will disappear after admission of the shares. No doubt some "noises" will be made around the 11th September to "encourage" more of the muppetry. And then the true drifting of the share price will begin.

Even now you're at the lowest share price since floatation.

I'm sure there will be some kind of 'contract' RNS, with no numbers, to try and justify the placing (other than to keep the lights on)
At this point, if they haven't done already, those placees that can exit, will.

Looks like you were fed manure at the AGM.
There is nothing in the coffers and that is why money is being raised. Do not think that everyone is as gullible as yourself. Everyone can read the subtext of the RNS and realise flannel when they see it - bar yourself!

If I was a director I would get as many cheap shares as I could, and line up the BIG ONE to be signed soon afterwards.

We have been told weeks ago more contracts are in the pipeline.

Looks like it's just as we were told at the AGM.

The amount being raised is very small that points to revenues being around income.

Clearly any new massive contract will need some working capital.

I took this from the AGM feedback report
2/ Does the company require cash.? The board had already told us that overheads were in the region of £4.5M - £5M a year. I pointed out that they should be bust now then, ( Cash at 01/01/17 was £2.5M)

The FD said cash was not required, with The proviso, that if a large contract was won, working capital would be required.

When I stated they should be bust now, I picked up on a number of heads shaking from left to right , right to left.

Make what you like of the above, my personal conclusion is revenues must be close to expenses today.

Now call me thick but if your cash position was fine, wouldn't you have the big contract signed first and then do the placing at a much higher/less dilutive price, or am I missing something?

The poor Trolls have seen the stock climb back 75% in under an hour on a very poor day for the market.

At the AGM we were told no placing required ,bar cash to fund new contracts.

Today we see a very small cash raise ( just 8% more shares, with directors buying.)

So look for new contract ' (s) in the next few weeks.

These shares will I believe rocket on any of the following.

1/ News of the uptake of the placing

2/ New contracts.

3/ Half year results

4/ Broker forecasts

Alarm bells going off here! Needs some serious growth this year which is not exactly happening in the market research/ marketing services industry atm (WPP, SYS1 etc). Am out of this one!
