"Indirect Sales Staff are employed by and paid by IPSOS". IPSOS take what commission or what percentage of revenue?Affiliated partners could be on anything from 10% to 50% commission, or given they have 1,500 staff and BST 500, then is the deal that IPSOS take 75% of the sales?.Another red flag here is that Adam Reynolds is involved albeit only as a small shareholder and NED.Pet lover - in your opinion what will be their gross and operating profits for this FY?.DD

One thing I have learned over the years about investors.

1/ Most old hands worry about all their investments, as they have often got it very wrong, and lost heaps.

2/ Far to much time and energy is spent looking at 6 month old accounts. My weighing on accounts is about 10%, for most its up in the high 90"S. ( as can be seen from the posters above.

3/ To win is very very simple, you buy any company that has the possibility to grow very, very, fast that can be bought for a song.

4/ The vast majority of investors need evidence of profits before investing, those that have half a brain get in at the start, then let the city of London push up the price in the years ahead.

Indirect Sales Staff are employed by and paid by IPSOS - getting a grasp of the business model might be challenging but this simple aspect surely shouldn't be...?

2016 doubled over 2015. Average survey price £5,000 Revenues £750,000 for the year.

As of results day two weeks ago.

Average size of survey now £15,000 and on an upward projection.

Look at what that would do to revenues from today.

Without ANY growth in survey numbers, revenues jump from £750,000 to £2.250,000.

Then take into account each survey is going up in price, AND 3 massive agreements have been signed with giants in the sector.

Take a look on the IPSOS home page.

Then Unilever

Then P&G

Then SSI

Then search BST'S other clients ( found in the report and accounts just published.)

Now each month BST just needs a handful of surveys from those massive clients above.

Then on top add licensing fees.

Revenues are roaring ahead.

TOM'S chat with the company after the results says revenues are expected to grow 3 -5 times from June 17 to December 17.

I have done my own calculations that come out at.:

One Million revenue a month by December 17 and 1000% growth this year.

Taurus The Bear.

Why do you look backwards when the stock market is forward looking.?

The directors and staff have 3 massive agreements in place, producing recurring revenues within WEEKS

The revenue sums from last year need to lifted 3 fold as each survey is now being invoiced at £15,000 not £5,000.

Then add on massive growth from this new agreements and it's clear cash is not an issue. .

Morning all.

Disco Dave,

Costs can be controlled, just yesterday they announced two new appointments.

Cash is rolling in today, now, and if you look at the last report and accounts you will see its recurring revenue.

Revenues in June were 3 times January.

I agree. In terms of hype and cash burn, this reminds me of KOOVS, but at least there I could understand the business model. :0)

Nothing costs nothing old chap, or are you saying 1,500 sales people are doing it gratis?.You seem to be posting up a lot about what you think sales growth will be this FY (which is pie in the sky IMHO), but what about their costs then?. What will their gross and operating profit look like?.IMO no way are they going to make any operating profit in FY17 not unless they significantly reduce their costs.Again, wish you good luck.DD

So sales staffing costs alone are going to increase by 63 times plus commission/fixed fees for 1,500 indirect sales people?.Will wish you good luck with that then.DD

Disco Dave,

Again you have not done your research.

Those 2,000 indirect sales staff are not on the BST Payroll.

Thus if we take 4 indirect sales staff to equal one BST staff member.

We now have 500 sales staff v a maximum of 8 in the last accounting period.

Disco Dave.

Your looking backwards old chap, we can all do that, but it's not what drives share prices higher, is it. ?

Your correct in assuming sales need to rise 9 fold, my projections are for 1,000% this year, and one million revenue a month by December.

In the period you refer to BST had 23 staff of which a maximum of 6 - 8 were in sales.

Today through the new massive agreements signed in the last 3 months indirect sales staff numbers are at least 2,000.

Costs are far outpacing revenue growth, particularly admin costs which were a whopping £3.1m (four times revenue) and they say:"whilst we will maintain tight control of expenses, we anticipate these will further increase as we execute on our growth strategy; but we also expect revenues and gross profit to rise exponentially".......well it ain't so far!.Operating costs (excluding one off payments and listing costs) have increased tenfold, sales have increased just over four times. So on that basis they will need to increase sales by a factor of about 9 and that's assuming they contain their costs of sales ratio (50% of revenue) and admin costs do not increase - which as they have stated above isn't going to happen.Only had a quick glance at the finals as this has been ramped all over ADVFN, will pass but good luck to holders...........be careful it's also being heavily pumped IMO.DD

TOFFEEMAN:

Yes I have. Most have not.

"One shareholder "hugged and kissed me" at the company's Aug. 3 annual meeting, Chief Executive Officer Klas Nilsson, 69, said in an interview in The Lancasters' model apartment. The grateful investor bought 10,000 pounds ($16,000) of Northacre stock when it languished at 2 pence, an investment that was worth 612,500 pounds at yesterday's closing price."

Over time that stock moved from 2P to £1.44P :The trolls were in full swing, (just like they are here today, on this BST thread.)

Having researched, bought, and posted on around 100 shares I have a very solid beliefs that,to date, have provided fantastic results.

Shares carry risk the best way to reduce that risk is to buy stocks with the maximum upside.

Then add in a low market capitalisation starting point.

Recurring revenues

Super fast growth.

Proven product

Good luck

I'd have thought that one of the big research players, IPSOS for example, would look at this as a bolt on acquisition at some point. The announcement today though certainly does intrigue me as there is a fair amount of ambiguity there.

Assuming BST keep winning new agreements than it just gets easier, to do.

That's just about the valuation that I put on BST after revenues and profits show up.

Will not be tomorrow, but could get to that valuation within 18 months..

All that is required is £10M of after tax profits, on a PE of 35.

My target revenues for 2018 are £24M so one can see it's not that hard to achieve.
