On 11 November 2022 Beyond Housing Limited executed a Forward Purchase Agreement in connection with the sale of GBP40,000,000 of the Retained Bonds. It is expected that the proceeds, including an amount representing accrued interest, will be received by Beyond Housing Limited on 17 November 2023.
