                        Notification of Interim Results
                       For the 26 Weeks Ended 1 November


On behalf of our client, Bespak plc, we notify the London Stock Exchange that
the Company will be announcing its Interim results for the 26 weeks ended 1
November 2002 on Thursday 12 December 2002.

An analyst meeting will be held at 09:30 am on the day of the results.  A press
