results out,and my suspicion is that this will come back now at a much higher price ,but too late for any new investors as its suspended, well can only feel that at least it may be on a decent premium for those still in if it does come back at a lot higher shareprice valuation.

They have very little hope of coming back in this financial climate, i would class this company as a urgent sell before it gets to delisting time. After delisting, i think BLL will be a virtually worthless holding in my opinion.
Tommrow the S.P. will probably dive off the bottom of the chart, once a few more small investors realise it has happened again with BLL, and start selling.
After the last fiasco, re the cinema, who in their right mind is going to believe them, re the last statement in that rns!!
Pherhaps we may see a buying spree tommrow now the spread is fallen? on second thoughts i doubt it !!

iloveit - something may happen around 6 months down the line. Effectively now a cash shell with approx £250,000 cash (burning around £80k/year), the company has no option but to reverse acquire another - this process can take months and sometimes years. However, the clock is now ticking and the company has 10 months left before being suspended from the stock exchange and a further 6 before being delisted. Market cap around £300k is about fair at present - though may drift lower as people get bored waiting. Interesting comment highlighted in bold below:

The Investing Strategy

AIM Rule 15 states that where the effect of a proposed disposal is to divest the AIM company of all, or substantially all, of its trading business activities, the company will be treated as an investing company. The Company's investing strategy to be implemented following the Disposal and Placing is set out below and will require the approval of shareholders at the EGM. The Company will then have to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under Rule 14 or otherwise implement the investing strategy within twelve months of having received such consent from Shareholders, failing which the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM.

Further to approval at the EGM, the New Board will seek to acquire undervalued or underutilised assets, companies or businesses in and around Europe in the energy or natural resources sectors that are either profitable or where is a clear path to profitability. It is the intention that such companies will have high growth potential and be of a scale and value that will attract institutional investors. The Company may be either an active investor and acquire control of a single company, or it may be a passive investor and acquire minority interests in one or more companies. The New Board anticipate that the management of an acquired company will have the expertise necessary to operate and develop that business.

The New Board believe that their broad collective experience in corporate finance and corporate broking together with their extensive network of contacts will assist them in the identification, evaluation and funding of acquisition targets. When necessary, other external professionals will be engaged to assist in the due diligence of prospective targets. The New Board would also consider bringing on board additional directors with relevant experience ahead of a transaction in the energy or natural resources sectors.

They don't know for sure that can, but clearly think they will. US investors are more interested in a US project, and don't want to or can't invest in Bella as (a) there are restrictions on marketing equity in UK companies to US investor (b) they don't really understand AIM, and (c) they don't want to see the returns from the cinema (which could be tight)diluted by the costs of being on AIM. UK investors don't want to invest in Bella becuase they don't see the returns from Monterey coming through for 3 years, if at all. E

if that is the case then how many investors had under 500k shares and totally lost their money?
what would you guess at what they have written off as pocketed amount from those investor losses,i would imagine many thousands of £££££££,s.
plus all those that scamongered and jumped ship.
leaves bella with only substantial shareholders sitting on a goldmine here now ,reverse takeover could be the only saviour for smaller investors still in as this is most likely going to return a massive premium for many big investors here.
Well those that have stuck by and not sold its looking likely it could be a big pay day soon, your views here.
Bottom line Question is ,
DO YOU NOW BUY ON THE POSSIBLE REVERSE TAKOVER OF THIS COMPANY ?

oops another dump em £600,not what i call a crisis .still trying to get sellers out here but are only getting small stakes back.
I am seriously wondering now that someone is going to mop up cheap here, sad for those bailing out but Bella Really has dragged many investor down here as the wait has been much to long.opening in a few weeks time and investors selling?
who is dumping here i wonder ,are they true investors or is this shrewd dumping by the same person(s)and ARE lowering the price?
We demand an explanation now as to who is dumping and are BELLA going to react to shareprice dropping here?RNS to ensure shareholders all is well.
