                                 TRADING UPDATE


Belgravium Technologies plc ("Belgravium" or "the Company"), the real time data
capture Group, issues the following trading update.

The cautious trading conditions for Belgravium, which began a year ago, affected
turnover in the first half of 2003.  The signs of returning optimism, reported
at the AGM in May, brought only a slight improvement in the second quarter of
2003 and have now receded, leaving a large number of enquiries but few firm
orders for the second half.  It now seems unlikely that sales will improve
sufficiently to avoid a significant shortfall against market expectations of
turnover and profit for the year.

The longer-term confidence quoted at the AGM remains, and the Company is well
placed financially to ride out this set back.  The interim dividend will be
maintained.
