Admission of the Placing Shares and the Existing Ordinary Shares and Completion
of the acquisition of Touchstar Technologies Limited



The Company announces that following the admission, earlier today, of
100,425,759 Ordinary Shares to AIM and to trading on the London Stock Exchange
market, the acquisition of Touchstar Technologies Limited has now been
successfully completed and Mark Hardy has been appointed to the Company's board.


Definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as in the
Circular which was sent to Shareholders on 27 September 2005.
