                                  AGM STATEMENT


Belgravium Technologies PLC ("the Company"), the real time data capture group,
announces that at the Annual General Meeting held this morning at 10:30 am, all
resolutions were passed.

After the formal proceedings, Chairman, John Kembery, commented:

"The first quarter of 2002 has been very good for Belgravium Technologies and
the second quarter has started well with further export orders.



On April 10th 2002, the Company hosted a Seminar in Birmingham on "The
Application of IT in the Supply Chain".  This event was extremely well attended
and provided an opportunity for further promotion of Belgravium across a number
of industries. It was also the launch of our new product, The Atlanta, which
produced an extremely positive response from all present, making us confident
that it will be highly successful.

With the Atlanta and its many applications throughout a variety of sectors, and
the movement towards European expansion, Belgravium continues to look forward to
an exciting future."
