On 11 November 1998, TVK Rt is going to sign purchase contracts for a stake of
74% in W. Hamburger Unterland, Gesellschaft fur Kunststofftechnik AG based in
Kufstein.

Since its foundation, 39 years ago, the enterprise has become one of the four
major packaging companies in Europe.  It is the only European company on the
market to offer practically every sort of polypropylene and polyethylene film
products. Their main product groups are shrink caps and tubes, industrial
stretch films, shopping bag and bags.
