Tideway raises GBP250 million in Private Placement transaction

Bazalgette Finance plc is pleased to announce that Bazalgette Tunnel Limited has signed an agreement for the private placement of GBP250 million green fixed rate notes across three series. The new notes mature in 2033, 2035 and 2038.

The notes are denominated in British Pound Sterling with a semi-annual coupon at a fixed rate of 6.02%, 6.05% and 6.11% respectively.

The placement will fund in October 2023 and will be used for general corporate purposes.
