Results of the Adjourned Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the Existing Class B Noteholders that, at an adjourned meeting of the Existing Class B Noteholders, the Extraordinary Resolution (as defined in the Notice of Adjourned Meeting dated 23 June 2011) set out in such Notice of Adjourned Meeting was duly passed.
Results of Adjourned Meetings of Permanent Master Issuer PLC (Permanent Master Issuer)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all Noteholders that, at separate adjourned meetings of the holders of the holders of (A) the 2006-1 Series 4 Class B EUR129,300,000 Residential Mortgage Backed Notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0270510810) and the 2007-1 Series 4 Class B GBP41,300,000 Residential Mortgage Backed Notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0288100836) and (B) the 2006-1 Series 4 Class C EUR129,300,000 Residential Mortgage Backed Notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0270511115) and the 2007-1 Series 4 Class C GBP41,300,000 Residential Mortgage Backed Notes due 2042 (ISIN: XS0288104408), each issued by Permanent Master Issuer, an extraordinary resolution which is substantially similar to the Extraordinary Resolution (as defined in the Notice of Adjourned Meeting dated 23 June 2011), was duly passed.
Implementation
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all Noteholders that all the modifications referred to in the Extraordinary Resolution will now be implemented with effect on and from 15 July, 2011.
