be consolidated and form a single series with the existing GBP 250,000,000 6.125 
per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due December 2015 issued on 29 December 2008 and the 
existing GBP 50,000,000 6.125 per cent. Fixed Rate Notes due December 2015 
issued on 16 January 2009) (the "Final Terms") under the EUR 7,000,000,000 Euro 
Medium Term Note Programme
