"M'Lord, the bank robber was an enterprising self-employed individual, who was 'actively motivated' to rob the bank of their funds. His 'Entreprenuerial Initiative' should be commended and rewarded!"

Who do you fancy for Entrepreneur of the Year in the UK plc awards?

The nomination form suggests anyone who has shown flair in introducing a management structure that copes with the demands of running a public company while retaining its entrepreneurial spirit. "Recognising the importance of the management team and the workforce," it adds, "there will have been active employee motivation".

The award is sponsored by Evolution Securities, which has just been fined £500,000 after one of its employees was found to be a bit too actively motivated.

"Evolution's behaviour was so egregious" - The Financial Times

What a lovely phrase, I wonder if our Counsel will use it in the High Court?!

Should give the Judge a good laugh.

Don't even stop to think about it. Send them to the Chairman in Holland. Don't waste time with the underlings in the UK.

Agincourt - I completely agree with you.

It makes me amazed that he is a director of that Dutch Bank. Maybe we need to contact them with copies of the FSA documentation and copies of JakNife's posts to point out their error in employing him.

I have just read the FSA'a judgement in full for the first time.

I am amazed and incredulous that after all that JakNife can come on here and still defend EVG's actions. He truly is a worthless individual.

He must have read it. I can only conclude the man is a psychopath
