                               DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Company announces that, as part of its ongoing review of costs, the
Board has decided to reduce the number of non executive directors the
Company employs. Accordingly, George Brooksbank has resigned from the
board of Award with immediate effect. The remaining Board members would
like to thank George for his contribution to the Company since its
admission to AIM.
